Key activities in your holistic reset journey
Throughout the program, you will engage in transformative activities including: 1. Experiencing guided regulation and embodied practices: Engage in grounding, breathwork, body awareness, gentle somatic practices, reflection, and other experiential tools to build greater awareness, regulation, and connection with yourself. 2. Creating and following an individual return to wholeness map: Apply the Return to Wholeness Method to your own life by identifying personal patterns, stress responses, regulation needs, intentions, areas of reconnection, and new responses you want to practice and embody. 3. Participating in collective intention and group energy-work experiences: Connect around a shared weekly intention during live group sessions, while also holding your own personal intention. Guided energy-work experiences, reflection, and integration will support both the collective group journey and your individual process.
