3. What’s a superbill?

A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if we’re out-of-network. We’ll provide one upon request.

4. What if my services aren’t covered?

You still have options:

• Use HSA/FSA cards

• Pay out of pocket with our sliding scale or payment plans

• Choose a wellness package that fits your budget

5. Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Some plans require it. We’ll let you know if it’s needed and help with the process if so.
